Sessions are $150 for a 55 minute session.

Insurance

I am in network with Aetna and in the process of getting credentialed with BCBS.

For clients out of network, I can provide a superbill (like an itemized receipt) that clients can submit for insurance reimbursement.

Couples therapy and insurance

Couples therapy is private pay only. This is because insurance companies do not see couples therapy as a “medical necessity.”

do you currently have space?

As of July, 2026 I have a few spaces open. I don’t have anything available in the late afternoon/evening, which I know is a popular time for folks!
